1. What about the delivery time?
A: We maintain stock for various sizes (please inquire to check if your desired size is available). Once we receive your deposit,
we can proceed with immediate loading. If the required size is not in stock, production will take approximately 7-15 days.
2. How about the payment?
A: We require a 30% T/T deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment.
3. Is your tire new or used?
A: We exclusively supply brand-new tires. All of our products are new.
4. What about the warranty?
A: Our warranty period is 18 months.
